    Description

    Die Vorlesung gibt eine Einführung in die Persönlichkeitspsychologie und behandelt dabei Persönlichkeitsmodelle, die u.a. eigenschaftstheoretischen, Informationsverarbeitungs-, neurowissenschaftlichen und evolutionstheoretischen Paradigmen verpflichtet sind. Die methodischen Grundlagen der Differentiellen Psychologie werden überall dort behandelt, wo die inhaltliche Diskussion es nahe legt. Wann immer möglich wird die Relevanz der Persönlichkeitspsychologie für verschiedene Anwendungsbereiche wie z.B. die Personalpsychologie aufgezeigt.

    Anforderungen: Nachbereitung anhand der angegebenen Literatur. Am Ende des Semesters findet eine schriftliche Prüfung statt, in der das Verständnis der diskutierten Modelle und Methoden überprüft wird.
