    Description

The Change Management in Organisation class focuses on the psychological underpinnings of change processes within the business environment, such as the introduction of new products, processes, tools, or cultural shifts. You will read a limited number of selected papers, prepare a short presentation with one of your colleagues, and engage in interactive discussions and practical exercises. Throughout the class, I will emphasize a close integration of theory and practice through examples drawn from years of consulting experience and relevant case studies.

    Training objectives

You will cultivate the insights and skills necessary to comprehend the dynamics and accompany change processes in organisational environments.

    You will:

    • Acquire knowledge of major theoretical perspectives and models related to change management.
    • Comprehend the role of emotions and mindset in predicting people's (behavioral) reactions towards change.
    • Understand major success and hindrance factors, such as communication and readiness for change.
