Sexual Harassment Awareness Day
National campaign
The University of Fribourg and Swiss universities aim to ensure that everyone benefits from respectful study and working conditions.
However, sexual harassment and sexism are still a reality at universities. This year's Sexual Harassment Awareness Day (SHAD) will take place on April 29, to show the commitment of universities throughout Switzerland.
On this day, the University of Fribourg is offering :
- A distribution of "discussion biscuits" on the Unifr sites with the aim of exchanging ideas and encouraging reflection on one's own behaviour.
- An online conference entitled "What works? What helps? - Dealing with Sexism and Sexual Harassment at Universities" on 29 April from 15pm to 1.15pm, organised by the SHAD network and open to everyone.
