Organization

The FRIC is organized into different governing bodies. The Institute Council, composed of two representatives from each Faculty, is responsible for strategic decisions concerning the Center. The External Advisory Board supports the Center's activities and gives it impulses. It includes scientists, active in the field of food science at international level, as well as representatives from industry, politics and civil society. The Management team (Directorate) is in charge of both the scientific and administrative aspects of the Center. It is composed of six co-directors, a coordinator and an administrative assistant.
