The Food Research & Innovation Center (FRIC) provides the University's 6 faculties with interdisciplinary training and education offering in the field of food science, in relation to its main research areas:

  1. Sustainable Food Production
  2. Sustainable Food Transformation
  3. Food, Choices & Mental Health
  4. Nutrition & Physical Health
  5. Food Consumption & Marketing

This includes various initiatives such as a specialized doctoral programme, and modules for master's programmes that are currently being developed. The Center's broad interdisciplinary knowledge also aims at providing unique continuing education opportunities with direct research relevance.
