Our Center welcomes academic researchers, professors, PIs, post-doctoral researchers and PhD students from the University of Fribourg and other Swiss and International academic organizations with an interest in food science. Membership is designed to foster collaboration and innovation across various disciplines, ensuring a comprehensive approach to addressing challenges in food science, nutrition, health and sustainability.
