SEM - Scanning Electron Microscopy
We use the Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) (Thermo Fischer SEM FEIXL30SFEG upgraded to remX Microscope Control) available at the Department of Geosciences to take pictures normal and backscattered (BSE) of the samples and using the EDS checking the chemical composition.
