Research
The IFF is mainly a scientific research institute whose aim is to conduct high-quality empirical research in several specialized and interdisciplinary fields. It has 20 years of experience and extensive expertise in research on family interactions, emotions and behavioral regulation in family life, as well as on legal questions of children, couples and families in their different phases of life.
The interdisciplinary approach is a special research focus of the Family Institute. This enables a broad and at the same time differentiated apprehension of questions as well as the investigation of problems which a discipline alone can not solve.
