Accountability for grave violations of international law is a pressing issue for the global community. This includes individual accountability and state responsibility, especially the use of frozen state assets to enforce reparations.
The conference will feature panels of international experts, practitioners, and legal advisers to discuss these critical issues, focusing on accountability and reparations for violations of international law and war damages — particularly in the context of Russia’s war against Ukraine.
