From November 17, 2022 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Swiss Confederation.

March 17, 2020 - July 19, 2022 - Prosecutor General of Ukraine.

December 27, 2019 - March 17, 2020 - temporary acting Director of the State Bureau of Investigation.

August 29, 2019 – December 27, 2019 - Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Legal Policy, People's Deputy of Ukraine.

2016–2019 – arbitrator of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine. Member of the Scientific Advisory Council at the Supreme Court of Ukraine.

2005–2019 – Head of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines of Kharkiv National University named after V.N. Karazin.

2003-2005 – teacher of the Department of Civil and Legal Disciplines of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

2000 - Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Faculty of Management and Informatics, specialty "Jurisprudence" and "Management".
