Aditi Wanchoo

Human Rights

Aditi Wanchoo is part of the human rights team at Novartis primarily responsible for advancing labor rights in the company’s supply chain. Previously, Aditi was the global lead for adidas’ modern slavery outreach program in Hong Kong. Aditi’s experience over the past 20 years spans multiple industries from Retail to Financial Services to Information Technology. Her roles have ranged from leading grant giving for Accenture’s Corporate Citizenship program to establishing fundraising processes for Greenpeace, an international environmental non-profit to leading the resource development function at Leonard Cheshire, a disability rights non-profit. Aditi holds a post graduate degree in Organizational Behavior and Industrial Psychology. She lives and works in Basel, Switzerland.
