Dr. Anne-Catherine Hahn is a partner with a boutique law firm in Zurich, IPrime Legal Ltd. Before this, she was a partner with Baker McKenzie for many years. Her practice focuses on cross-border commercial disputes, compliance, and issues at the intersection of law, regulation, and technology. She routinely represents parties in litigation and arbitration proceedings and acts as an arbitrator.

Anne-Catherine Hahn holds a bilingual law degree and a doctorate from the University of Fribourg (Walther Hug Foundation Prize; Peter Jäggi Foundation Prize), as well as an LL.M from the University of Michigan. Anne-Catherine Hahn has published a number of articles in peer-reviewed publications and regularly acts as speaker at conferences within the legal community.
