Charles Paré serves currently as the Chief Integrity Officer and Head of Legal & Compliance of the World Economic Forum. Prior to this position, he was Chief Compliance Officer at CEVA Logistics, leading a team of lawyers and compliance officers in charge of Corporate Governance, Compliance, Data Privacy, Competition Law, M&A, Trade Compliance and Export Control, and Regulatory Affairs. Before he served in roles of continuously increasing responsibility at Unisys Inc. (Head Compliance Advisory), Philip Morris International (Regional Head Ethics & Compliance), as well as at Mazars, Deloitte, and Boutique Law Firms.

Charles holds an LL.M. from Fribourg University, Switzerland, and two master’s degrees in Finance, Accounting, and Commercial Law from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, Paris, France.  He is currently a PhD Researcher at Bocconi University, Milano, Italy, in European Law.
