Building on more than 20 years’ experience as Chief Legal Officer, Dr. Zinser is an Executive Search Consultant and Partner at Roy C. Hitchman AG in Zurich with a focus on legal and compliance positions. He is passionate about supporting companies to make more differentiated decisions in complex situations about top talents.

Alexander Zinser has worked in Germany, Hong Kong and Luxembourg, and lately for more than 15 years in Switzerland. He has an extensive national and international network, including as the longtime President of the IMD Alumni Club Zurich and the founder of the General Counsel Forum Switzerland.

Alexander Zinser studied law at the Universities of Passau, Birmingham, Strasbourg, Vienna and Munich, obtained a doctorate degree with a dissertation on takeover bids. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and has passed the bar examinations in both Germany and Switzerland.
