Sebastian is a highly regarded legal advisor specializing in German and EU competition law. With extensive experience, he supports companies and associations in navigating fine proceedings before the German Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission. His expertise spans antitrust damages law, merger control proceedings, court cases related to antitrust law, and the development of compliance systems. Sebastian is also deeply involved in advising on supply chain due diligence under new legislation. He provides legal counsel in both German and English.
