Oliver Jaberg is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in the sports industry. He currently serves as the Head of Legal Sports Projects at Red Bull, a position he has held since November 2022. In this role, he oversees legal matters related to Red Bull's diverse sports initiatives.Prior to joining Red Bull, Oliver dedicated over 12 years to the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), where he held several key positions. From October 2019 to September 2022, he was the Deputy Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, and from September 2016 to September 2022, he served as the Director of Integrity & Institutional Legal. During his tenure at FIFA, Oliver played a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's compliance programs and integrity frameworks, particularly in combating match manipulation and safeguarding the sport's integrity.Oliver's legal career began in Switzerland, where he gained experience in various legal roles, including serving as a Law Clerk at the District Court of Aarau and as a Legal Secretary at the Labour Court of the District of Aarau. He holds a law degree from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2007.In addition to his professional roles, Oliver contributes to the sports legal community as an arbitrator on the football list of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). His extensive experience in sports law and governance makes him a respected figure in the field.
