The predictive value of emotion regulation difficulties and negative mood on short and long‐term treatment outcomes in an online guided self‐help program for adults with binge‐eating disorder

Online guided self-help programs are efficacious in the treatment of binge-eating disorder in adults. However, little is known about the predictors of treatment success in online guided self-help. In the present study “BES-Online”, emotion regulation difficulties and negative affect were examined as predictors of treatment success in an online guided self-help program for the treatment of binge-eating disorder in 63 adults (mean age: 37 years). The results were recently published in the European Eating Disorder Review.
