Students with special needs

A student whose personal situation, or physical or mental health would make it complicated to take part in a mobility exchange under the Swiss-European Mobility programme can request a supplementary subsidy (up to CHF 12,000) through the national agency Movetia. This aid helps cover some of the costs resulting from disability during their stay in Switzerland. This aid only compensates the costs for which students would obtain no support from third-party funding. 

Requests for financial support must be submitted to Movetia two months before the start of your stay. For more information, contact the International Relations Office as soon as possible.
