Teacher Education for Baccalaureate Schools

The Diplôme d’enseignement pour les écoles de maturité (DEEM)/Lehrdiplom für Maturitätsschulen (LDM) is obtained after completing the pedagogical and didactic course supplementary to the master’s degree. In general, it comprises two teaching subjects which correspond to bachelor-level and master-level studies during the academic training element.

The possibility of carrying out a single-teaching-subject DEEM/LDM is laid down in the implementing regulations.

The study programme of the second teaching subject comprises 90 ECTS credits, with the bachelor and master courses amalgamated.
