Job Opportunity: Head of Executive Programmes and Administration (60–100%)

The International Institute of Management in Technology (iimt) at the University of Fribourg is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to lead our executive education programmes and manage administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee customized executive education programmes in collaboration with partners.
• Manage the application, admission, and relationship-building with students.
• Handle accounting, financial planning, and annual statements.
• Coordinate HR activities and organize events, including graduations and alumni functions.

Requirements:

• Federal diploma, bachelor’s, or master’s degree.
• Professional experience in a related field.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French and/or German.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and independent working skills.
