    By definition, performance management includes all processes that have the goal of controlling and monitoring performance in a company. The focus is multidimensional with performance of the individual employees, performance of a team or even corporate performance. Our focus in this seminar lies on individual and team performances, on the time and resources that employees need for the services they provide. With the help of these measures, employees should develop and apply their full potential in order to efficiently achieve company goals. The basis for effective performance management is therefore the definition of objectives. And on top of all this, we will try to link performance with health, well-being and job satisfaction.

    The seminar has a special structure because students are integrated into the teaching team. They will prepare, guide, support and assess a type of performance that is carried out in the seminar. You can look forward to a very interactive, lively and educational seminar.
