Description The notion of the non-market environment is of growing concern for transnational enterprises. The lecture and seminar will address the issues related to the changing normative and regulatory framework of international business: lobbying, regulation, taxation, CSR, soft law, WTO rulings and so on.
Training objectives Make the students aware of the importance of the „non market environment“ for business conduct on a global level.
Analyze the different components of such non-market environment, and the way they impact international business. Analyze the methods and tools business may use to influence and structure such environment.
