    Description Ce cours traite des nouvelles tendances dans le management de l’innovation et plus particulièrement de la tendance vers l’ouverture du processus d’innovation (innovation ouverte). Le cours s’appuie en grande partie sur des cas pour familiariser les étudiants avec les défis qui se posent aux entreprises qui cherchent à ouvrir leur processus d’innovation pour être plus compétitives. Ce cours est conçu comme la suite d’un cours général de management de l’innovation mais peut être suivi même sans ce préalable.
    Training objectives (i) Connaître les évolutions récentes du management de l’innovation ;
    (ii) Acquérir une connaissance approfondie, à travers des études de cas, de la façon dont les entreprises approchent ces évolutions.
