Secretariat of the Rectorate

Under the direction of the General Secretary Assistant, the Rector's Secretariat assists the Rector, the Secretary General and her deputy in administrative and organisational matters. In particular, it is responsible for the following areas:

  • Organisation of Rectorate events (Dies Academicus in particular);
  • Organisation and administrative follow-up of Rectorate and Senate meetings;
  • Support for the Rector, the General Secretary and her deputy in day-to-day matters and specific dossiers;
  • Management of faculty files (in collaboration with the Administrative Department) and ancillary activities;
  • Management of general correspondence from the Rectorate (Rectrice and generic address rectorat@unifr.ch) within and outside the University;
  • Reception at the Rector's secretariat.
