Biography
Bachelor from the hotel school of Lausanne, I am mainly a self-taught computer scientist with more than 20 years of activity. I have crystallized this "field" knowledge by an ICT ManagerTM (Federal diploma) title in 2018.
My experience in the hotel industry has given me a strong sense of the quality of customer care and the principle of service quality. These values are also essential in the IT field in order to be able to communicate with the user to understand his needs and speak his language.
This particular background allows me to provide a quality IT service while making it transparent and understandable to the "customer".
I am looking forward to meeting new people in the course of the various projects I am entrusted with in the SES dean's office.
