Important Modalities and Deadlines

Course Registration

You must register your course attendance each semester. For computer science courses (including maths), the registration is done via the student portal of the Faculty of Science and Medicines. The deadlines for the course registration can be found on the Faculty of Science and Medicine web page.

Exam Registration

Exam registration is absolutely crucial: if you do not register for an exam during the official exam registration period, you cannot take the exam during the following exam session.

There are three exam session per academic year: the spring session (around February), the summer session (around June), and the autumn session (around September). Courses in the autumn semester are examined in the following spring session and the following autumn session, courses in the spring semester are examined in the following summer session and the following autumn session.

For each exam session the Faculty of Science and Medicine defines an exam registration period. You must register for all the exams that you want to take in the respective exam session during this period using the student portal of the Faculty of Science and Medicine.
